Please read this agreement thoroughly before enrolling in Passport to Pro.

THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

DISCLAIMER

You understand that Jen Knowles is not an agent, publicist, accountant, financial planner, therapist, counselor, or any other licensed or registered professional. Coaching is not therapy, and while it may address mindset and personal development, it is intended to support strategic growth in your YouTube travel vlogging journey.

Coaching may include feedback and guidance on content, strategy, mindset, and systems—but it is your responsibility to implement and adapt these teachings to your unique business and circumstances.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Passport to Pro is a group coaching program with supplemental 1:1 support when enrolled as a VIP.

Your enrollment includes:

  • 8 weeks of curriculum-based group coaching calls

  • A private community for peer and coach support

  • Lifetime access to the program portal and all course materials

  • (For VIP clients) 3 private 75-minute 1:1 calls with Jen, to be scheduled before the program ends

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

  • Group Coaching Calls will begin and end on time. Please be respectful of everyone’s time by arriving a few minutes early and being ready to engage.

  • 1:1 Calls must be scheduled via the provided calendar link and held before the program’s final date. Reschedules must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions not rescheduled in time will be forfeited.

  • All sessions (group and 1:1) are hosted via Google Meet. Please join from a quiet, private space with a strong internet connection. Turn off notifications and avoid multitasking during calls.

  • Replays of group calls will be made available inside the program portal.

  • Jen reserves the right to remove anyone from the program (without refund) who is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates community guidelines.

CLIENT PARTICIPATION

You agree to:

  • Show up on time and be present for live sessions whenever possible

  • Participate honestly and respectfully within the group and with Jen

  • Take responsibility for implementing what is taught

  • Be an active contributor to your own growth and the collective energy of the group

  • Communicate if something isn’t working—so we can make the experience better

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This is a coaching container built on mutual commitment. By enrolling, you are committing to the full term of the program.

Please enroll only if you are ready to take full responsibility for your experience and outcomes.

CONFIDENTIALITY

This agreement serves as a mutual non-disclosure. Jen Knowles agrees to keep all personal information shared in private calls and community spaces confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

You agree not to share, reproduce, or use any of Jen’s materials, coaching strategies, or intellectual property for commercial purposes outside the scope of your own channel development.

Group coaching is a shared space. You agree to maintain the privacy of anything shared by fellow participants in sessions or the community.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to make any false, disparaging, or defamatory remarks about Jen Knowles, the program, or its members in public or private.

Jen agrees to uphold the same respect for you.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & NO GUARANTEES

You understand and agree that results are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your commitment, consistency, and action. Jen will provide frameworks, support, and feedback—but your implementation is what drives success.

By joining Passport to Pro, you acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your outcomes

  • There is no guarantee of subscriber count, views, income, or business growth

  • Coaching is a collaborative process—and you are an active participant

MEDIA RELEASE

You give Jen Knowles permission to use feedback, screenshots, or success stories for promotional purposes. If you prefer to keep something private, simply let Jen know in writing.
